Meet Randall Nichols
Like a lot of families, I had to move a few times while working in retail. During that time, I learned what it meant to treat a customer with honesty and respect. Customer Service 101. As I interacted with the realtors each time we came in contact due to moving. I saw where the training I received could really be the backbone to my business in real estate if I ever changed careers. So, after my 25 years in retail I had the opportunity to change and I took it! I got my license that next month and I haven’t looked back!
I enjoy creating relationships with my clients and being their trusted adviser. Buying or selling a home can be stressful. So, I pride myself on creating as smooth of a transaction - and more importantly, experience - that I can.
I like to work with people who are looking to starting the best chapter of their lives. Many times, these clients are relocating from out of state. I specialize in waterfront, water view communities and the Land that may surround the community or Land that is remote. The kind that is perfect for that rustic cabin. Like much most of the area around Greers Ferry Lake. I live in the community and I look to join any new activities promoted as well as the many great activities, groups and features that surround our beautiful lake community already.
I love to meet new people! I have years of customer service experience under my belt. At the same time, it’s important to me that I stay up-to-date on Real Estate trends and technology. Just like the properties we help buy and sell. They are constantly changing so is the way they are bought and sold. If I’m working with a seller, my innovative marketing means more eyes on their property! The same goes for a buyer. I use knowledge of the area and technology combined to find you that next dream location!
In my 25 years of retail serving customers I worked hard to be a volunteer in the community. From organizing the volunteers to move and transport all the Libary materials from the old Libary to their new multi-million-dollar building in Cabot, AR. Organized Several Stuff the Bus Campaigns for local schools, raised money for local schools through the Box Tops for Educations, Teacher Appreciation Awards and helping raise funds for the Children’s Miracle Network has had a strong place in my heart!
I love the outdoors! Spring is my favorite and Summer runs a close 2nd! My family and I love being on the lake in a boat or out somewhere fishing! I enjoy spending time with my family! We enjoy the hiking trails, seeing the wildlife and enjoying the areas to ride 4 wheelers that are avaible around this community.
