My husband and I started working with Debbi Brawley about a year ago. I called Debbi early one Saturday morning on a whim and she advised us to meet in her office in about an hour, which was how long it would take for us to get there! Debbi “interviewed” us while asking several questions so that she could narrow down the search for our forever lake home!
Debbi could tell immediately that we were the type of people that did lots of research on our own so that we didn’t waste her time or ours. After that first meeting with Debbi, my husband and I set out on a journey and drove to the lake nearly every week spanning many miles and ruled out areas of the lake we knew we didn’t want to live in, as well as the areas we really liked. Typically every weekend, I would call Debbi with a few questions about certain homes or lots for sale and she would ALWAYS offer to come meet us if she could. I recall during one of our many phone calls, Debbi was on her way out-of-state and even offered to turn around and come back to AR to meet us! She never made us feel like she didn’t have time for us and would stop what she was doing and send us additional information on the particular property we would stumble upon.
After working with Debbi for several months, she came to know our tastes. One day she called to let us know that she had found the perfect home for us. The house wasn’t even on the market yet and she had worked a deal with the owners to allow us to view the home even though it wasn’t ready to show. That house had pretty much everything we wanted (including overlooking the lake) except it didn’t have a boat dock. Knowing that, Debbi had already been on the phone with the ENTIRE neighborhood asking folks if they had a boat slip for sale in the community boat dock. We reluctantly passed on that house but low and behold, a few months later we purchased a home with a boat dock in that same neighborhood!
After moving into our home in April, we started searching for a second home on the Red River to use as rental property. Debbi only had to show me one cabin, which I fell in love with the moment I walked in the door and made an offer that day! So now we have two homes on the water!
We are living our dream thanks to Debbi Brawley! We would recommend her to anyone and in fact, I tell people about her all the time.

If you are looking to buy or sell a house you must call Brawley and Associates. Debbie Brawley is the consummate professional. Debbie has helped me to buy and sell homes.

Her goal is to understand what you are looking for when buying and and she actually listens. She does not show you a list of homes on her inventory that she wants to sell, rather she shows you properties that meet your criteria. She will always provide you with lots of information on available homes for you to look through in case you see something you had not considered before.

When selling, she is very honest about the way the property looks to others. She recommends anyting that will help the sale, but it's up to the seller to decide what they want to do. She painstakingly works to take fabulous pictures so that potential buyers will be able to get a feel for the house before looking. She keeps you up-to-date during the selling process and answers any questions along the way.

When I buy and sell I look at the transaction from every side and opportunity. Debbie was patient, answered all my questions.
